Ingredients:
1 Package chopped broccoli
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 Cup(s) Shredded sharp cheese
1/2 Cup(s) Skim milk
1/2 Cup(s) Low-fat mayonnaise
1 Egg, beaten
1/4 Cup(s) Chopped onion
1/2 Cup(s) Chopped celery
1 Tablespoon(s) Melted margarine
1/4 Cup(s) Fine bread crumbs
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to packare directions; drain. Place broccoli
in10x6x1.5 inch baking dish sprayed with vegetable oil. Combine soup
andcheese; add milk, mayonnaise, egg onion and celery. Stir until
wellblended. Pour over broccoli. Combine margarine and bread
crumbs;sprinkle evenly over soup mixture. Bake in preheated 350 degree
oven for45 minutes or until bubbly and crumbs are lightly browned.From
