Ingredients:
1 SANDI BROOKS, WFCJ53B
2 Frozen broccoli, 10 oz each
3 Eggs
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon(s) Onion soup mix
1/2 Cup(s) Mayonaise
1 Grease for the pan
2 Tablespoon(s) Matzah meal, divided
Directions:

Cook the broccoli according to package directions. Drain thoroughly.
Setaside. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs very well with the salt,
pepperand onion soup mix; ass the mayonaise and contiinue beating until
wellblended. Stir in the cooked broccoli. Grease a 7 x11 1/2" baking
pan.Dust lightly with 1 Tbls of the matzah meal. Pour broccoli in the
panand sprinkle the top with remaining matzah meal. Bake at 350 for
40-50minutes, or until the top is golden. Serves 4-6. Reformatted by
