Ingredients:
1 Beef top round steak, cut
1 1/4" thick
1/3 Cup(s) Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup(s) Oil
1/3 Cup(s) Water
2 Tablespoon(s) Sugar
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Sage
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Celery seed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Garlic, minced
Directions:
Combine lemon juice,oil,water,sugar,salt,sage,celery seed,pepper
andgarlic in small saucepan and cook slowly 10
minutes,stirringoccasionally.Cool.Place steak in utility or plastic
bag;addmarinade,turning to coat.Cover dish or tie bag securely and
marinate inrefrigerator 6 to 8 hours or overnight,turning at least
once. Removesteak from marinade and place on grill over ash-covered
coals so meat is4 to 5" from heat.Broil to rare or medium,25 to 35
minutes, turning andbrushing with marinade.Carve in thin slices and
