3 Ripe firm tomatoes, sliced
about 1/2" thick
4 Ounce(s) Feta cheese
1/2 Tablespoon(s) Chopped marjoram
Fruity olive oil
Freshly ground pepper
REHEAT BROILER. Overlap the tomatoes in a large baking dish. Crumble
thecheese over them, add half the marjoram and drizzle oil over the
top.Place the dish a few inches below the heat source and broil until
thecheese is melted and starting to color, about 7 minutes. Remove,
drizzlea little more oil over the top, add the rest of the marjoram,
