Ingredients:
4 Cup(s) Potatoes, thinly sliced -
peeled
2/3 Cup(s) Onion, diced
2 Tablespoon(s) Flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Butter or margarine
1 1/2 Cup(s) Milk
Paprika
Directions:
Arrange a layer of potatoes in a greased 2-qt casserole. Cover with
someof the onion. Sprinkle some of the combined flour, salt and
pepper. Dotwith some of the butter. Repeat layers until all are used,
ending withbutter. Pour milk over all. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake,
covered, in aslow oven (325 degrees) 1 hour. Uncover and bake 20
minutes longer oruntil potatoes are tender. Yield: 4 servings. From
