Small Loaf-
1 1/4 Cup(s) Vegetable broth, or water
1 Tablespoon(s) Olive oil, or canola oil
2 Tablespoon(s) Unsulphured molasses
1 Tablespoon(s) Soy sauce
1 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
unbleached
1 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1 Cup(s) Instant Brown Rice
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Tablespoon(s) Vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Active dry yeast
Large Loaf-
Directions:
Pour all wet ingredients into bread machine baking pan. Measure
allother ingredients except yeast into baking pan. Sprinkle yeast over
dryingredients, being careful not to get yeast wet. Use rapid bake
