Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Dates, shredded
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Baking soda
1 Cup(s) Boiling water
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Cup(s) Maple syrup
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 Cup(s) Flour
1 Cup(s) Whole wheat flour
1 Teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
1/2 Cup(s) Nuts, chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Mix together the dates, baking soda and
boiling water.Add the egg and syrup and mix well. Beat in remaining
ingredients.Pour into a greased bread pan and bake for one hour or
