Ingredients:
1 Cup(s) Bulgar wheat
1/2 Cup(s) Minced celery
1/3 Cup(s) Minced green onion
1/3 Cup(s) Chopped dates
1/3 Cup(s) Chopped walnuts
3 Tablespoon(s) Fresh lemon juice
2 Teaspoon(s) Olive oil
1/8 Teaspoon(s) Cinnamon
Directions:
Place bulgar in medium-size bowl, cover with water. Set aside
untilbulgar has absorbed the water, about 20 minutes. Drain and
squeeze outany excess water. Fluff with a fork. Add celery, green
onion, datesand walnuts. in glass measuring cup whisk together lemon
juice, oliveoil and cinnamon. Pour dressing over bulgar mixture, mix
together. Serve at room temperature. Refrigerate leftovers. Posted to
