Ingredients:
4 Eggs, beaten
2 1/4 Cup(s) Sugar
5 Cup(s) Milk
4 Cup(s) Whipping cream
4 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Cup(s) Butter
2 Cup(s) Chopped pecans
1/4 Cup(s) Brown sugar
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, gradually add sugar to eggs, beating
untilstiff. Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt and mix well.
Refrigerate. Meltbutter and saut pecans. Add brown sugar and stir until
melted. Coolwell. Add to ice cream mixture and freeze in ice cream
