Ingredients:
5 Potatoes, boiled cooled &
diced
4 Tablespoon(s) Vegetable oil
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1 1/2 Teaspoon(s) Freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoon(s) Cilantro, chopped
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, put in
potatoes& stir-fry them for a minute or so. Sprinkle in the salt. Cover
& letthe potatoes heat through gently for 5 minutes, reducing heat
asnecessary. Add pepper & mix gently. Cook for a few more
minutes,stirring every now & then. Sprinkle in the cilantro, mix &
serve.
