1 1/2 Thin coconut milk
4 Pandan leaves

with coconut cream).Wash and drain black glutinous rice. Add salt,
thin coconut milk andpandan leaves. Boil till mixture is thick and
grains are tender. Addpalm sugar and granulated sugar. Stir till
dissolved. Add water ifpreferred. Remove from heat. Serve hot in
individual bowls. Pour thickcoconut milk on top.REC.FOOD.RECIPES
