Ingredients:
1 medium whole asparagus
stalks or cuts
1/2 Cup(s) Yoghurt, unflavored
4 Tablespoon(s) level breadcrumbs
1 Tablespoon(s) Prepared mustard, mild
4 Tablespoon(s) level crushed almonds
1 small fresh dill leaves
OR-
1 Tablespoon(s) heaped dried dill leaves
1 Tablespoon(s) Good grade olive oil
1 Dash(s) Soy sauce, optional
Directions:
submitted by: paradise@math.tau.ac.il Drain asparagus, rinse and
drainagain. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Mix all other ingredients and
pourthem over the asparagus, in a suitable glass form. Cover and let
standfor about 1 hr in refrigerator.Heat on medium power in microwave
oven until mixture boils. Turn offheat but leave asparagus in oven
until cool. May be served hot or cold.Will keep refrigerated for about
