Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) Ground chuck
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cup(s) Ketchup
3 Cup(s) Packed brown sugar
3 Cup(s) Apple cider vinegar
3 Tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
3 Tablespoon(s) Dijon mustard
2 Teaspoon(s) Honey
6 Hamburger buns
Directions:
Combine the ground beef and onions in a large skillet and cook
overmedium heat, breaking up the chunks with a wooden spoon, until the
meatis browned, about 10 minutes. Drain off the excess fat. In a
smallmixing bowl, stir together the ketchup, brown sugar,
vinegar,Worcestershire, mustard, and honey if using until well
combined. Stirthe sauce mixture into the meat and onions and bring to a
