1 Cup(s) Bread crumbs
1 Cup(s) Flour
1/4 Cup(s) Dried minced onion
2 Tablespoon(s) parsley
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Poultry seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Garlic powder
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Tabasco sauce
1 Cup(s) tomato juice
Preheat oven to 425^ degrees. 2. Cut ribs into 2-inch pieces andbrush
them with a teaspoon or two of vegetable oil. Combine crumbs,flour, and
spices in a paper bag; add ribs and shake them in theseasonings. Spread
the seasoned ribs in a greased baking dish, andsprinkle the Tabasco
sauce on top. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. Baste the ribs once or
twice during the cooking process and cover thebaking dish with aluminum
foil if the ribs are browning too quickly.Make a sauce from the cooking
liquid by adding the tomato juice rightafter you remove the ribs from
